Springerle cookies have been a popular German cookie since the 14th century. These are made with pure ingredients (organic flour, pure extracts and butter) Flavors are the traditional anise, orange, lemon or Italian Fiori di Sicilia (notes of citrus and floral). Please give as much notice as possible. These cookies require days to bake properly. They taste wonderful, unique biscuit like and beautiful for your cookie tray. Please state your pick-up December 22, 23 or 24th (10 am to 3 pm on Christmas Eve) - 10 am to 6 pm in the notes. Need one earlier? Our cookies are a butter cookie, shaped like a red and white rope like a candy cane. Looks great on a cookie tray and is delicious for kids and grown ups. 4 inch cookie.

Ours our like the famous ones, but we make our own caramel and toast premium pecans for ours. We use Guittard chocolate on these.

Our fudge is made with locally made chocolate, semi sweet, milk and bittersweet. Made with real butter, mascarpone cheese, carnation evaporated milk,pure vanilla and almond extracts.
